My stomach’s last word is usually “dessert”.

Nice to know that Charlie Brown does something right.

at least it is grumbling and not talking out the back door’

Words don’t come easy to me

My stomach’s last word is AMEN, after eating nutritious food that does not cause excruciating pain in the left shoulder area due to pancreatitis.

Any more lip from you, and your last meal will be a knuckle sandwich! Which I suppose means punching myself in the gut.

My stomach gets hungry at mealtime whether it needs to or not. If I skip the meal it does not get hungry again until next meal time. If I ignore it for several meals, it goes on strike and doesn’t tell me that I should be hungry. Eating was a habit and not a necessity.

This is NOT the way to diet.

I have since trained myself to eat when I feel hungry and stop eating when I no longer feel hungry. For the most part, this practice works at maintaining my weight. My body knows what is good for it.

I don’t like to go to bed on an empty stomach.

With me, it’s not my stomach that nags me. It’s my taste buds.

I’m doing intermediate fasting, no food from 4pm to 8am. So far, no weight loss

I like that Snoopy’s stomach is right behind a speaker (or at least a rostrum that looks a lot like a speaker).

It’s the butt that has the last word. Some will even whistle tunes.
