If I added Benefiber to a drink of mine, I’d do V8. Anyway, isn’t prune juice already like Benefiber?

Seems like that would be a problem if wine makes you sleepy.

Okay, just EEEEEWWW! Even in poor quality wine. Mix with water, drink, take a sip of wine to clear your palate.

Like Mary Poppins said " A spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down" and wine for a Plugger is like sugar. As is beer, whiskey, bourbon, tequila, etc

Don’t need extra fiber in my diet, my GI does not like sugar alcohols, like sorbitol and malitol*. One stick of sugar-free gum is all it takes. *See reviews of Haribo’s sugarless gummies.

Don’t you have to chug down anything you add Benefiber or Metamucil to, as otherwise it solidifies into a lump?

Never heard of that brand, how many glasses of wine does it take to work?

That stuff can cause other problems if one is not careful.

It pairs well with an oaky white blend. Or so I’ve heard.

I think you can get the guillotine for that in France.
