    Just asking that question could be considered harassment.

    To even say “Yes” would be problematic because harassment means that it is unwanted and unwelcome.

    And if it was somehow not unwelcome/unwanted, then it would not really be harassment.

    A subordinate cannot give “informed consent” to someone who holds a position of greater power. “Nobody complained” also doesn’t work.
