Basically there is not much on any longer than I care to watch during normal TV times, so we watch whatever he wants to watch. The shows I like to watch are mostly reruns on very late night into early am – last one I watch (while I fall asleep if I am lucky) is on from 5 to 6 am. Worst thing is when I find a show I enjoy which is on late night and he sees it and after making fun of me for watching whatever it is – or a show that I used to watch (back sometimes watched in the 1960s or early 1970s) and he did same he suddenly sees the show and we have to watch every run through of the series they show. Here is something I enjoy watching on my own (such as Murdoch Mysteries which is on one channel at 2 am on early Monday morning and on another at 4 am early Saturday and Sunday mornings) and he sees it and decides that he likes it – and we have to record it to keep it and it ruins my watching it alone as we are both watching it under circumstances.

Oh yeah right…It’s ALL fun and games until the remote ends up in the wrong hands and then the debate starts all over…

Hard to imagine a modern home without a second TV or computer-connected monitor.
