Oliver will be fine, but our poor Annie just took 10 years off her life.

I clicked “like”, but I am not liking this at all.

Which cat is this? In real life, bonded cats actually do care about each other. This is a kinda mean scenario…

I only had two cats that were close enough that they cared, if the other were sick or injured. I found them as kittens at the same shelter. They were six months apart in age but the older one was the only cat who paid attention to younger kitten in the big shelter room. Over thirteen years, they hunted together frequently, groomed each other, walked in the redwoods with me waiting patiently for each other during exploratory pauses. It is a rare kind of bond I have not seen since.

I wonder how Annie is going to pay for the vet? Maybe she knows one that will donate their services.

I fear for the future.

Right now, there are things more important than supper, Route Nine. While I know that Graham would never do away with Oliver, I still worry about what’s going to happen to him. On another note, saw a wren and four golden crowned kinglets while out walking today.

So for the humans here, is it ‘supper’ or ‘dinner’?
