About two years ago I noticed that I had over 200 Facebook friends. I had pretty much accepted anyone who requested it for years. But I realized I didn’t even recognize the names of most of them and certainly didn’t actually know more than about 40. I unfriended most of them. I used to visit Facebook every day back then. Now I check it once or twice a week for posts or pictures of my kids or grandkids and that’s about it.

Unfriending works for me. Theroetically. In reality I don’t do Facebook or any of that other antisocial network stuff.
