Made me remember when Mom made a fresh turkey every week between Thanksgiving and the end of February. Didn’t want to eat turkey for years after that.

Leftover turkey sandwiches, yum; leftover turkey in this one particular casserole of my mom’s (the name of which is blotted from my mind), yecch!

We had salmon. No left overs when it’s that good.

I always vote for ham, but I end up with turkey leftovers.

Thanksgiving always supplied meals for the week at our house.

Just freeze it and then eat it down gradually, duh.

Never a veg. Thankful for leftover turkey.

A long time ago we were out to dinner with some friends, the date of one turned out to be a performer in adult videos. While she was devouring her steak dinner someone else tried to start a conversation with her “I thought you were vegetarian.” “Only on camera” was the reply.

We are a family of 3 with limited refrigerator space so we opted for Cornish hens this year. It was a hit! We had traditional sides and a dessert (deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, stuffing, pie) so there wasn’t much in the way of leftovers, thank goodness!!
