Some states, such as Minnesota, offers free trade school, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree for any (Minnesota-resident) student as long as their family income is under $80,000. This does not apply to private universities, but the free tuition does apply to Minnesota State schools and the University of Minnesota’s six campuses. And, Minnesota high school kids can complete up to two years of their college education while still in high school, as well.
