Patience, Will. We’re working on it.

I’m thankful for the Big Bang because without the Big Bang there would be no atoms. Without atoms I would not exist.

I am thankful for the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs off so mammals like me can exist and evolve.

Finally I am thankful for the gasoline rationing in WW2 because without gasoline my parents, having no place to go, stayed home and conceived me.

I’m just thankful that the Turkeys have not rose up in revolt, destroying society as we know it.

Most countries want to blow up other countries, but without blowing up themselves. Once they solve that conundrum, bombs will start flying.

Amen, Will, Amen.

I’m thankful that we idiots haven’t blown the planet up yet either

It’s that Yet that bothers me

Humans if we could just learn to be like animals, they do not cause oil leaks in the ocean, they do not cut down rainforests, they do not cause the extinction of other species.

Emphasis on the YET.

Thank you for the gift of the companionship of dogs, giving us (at least some of us) a good reason not to blow up our world.
