I ran the dairy department for several years, and spent a lot of time explaining the difference between a sell buy date and how long a person can consume the product after that

There is a limit, dairy products aren’t a good thing to stock up on unless you’re going to be using them

Buttermilk expires? who knew. That commercial stuff is “off” before it even goes into the box. (Nothing better than homemade buttermilk though)

We still laugh about the times Dad fed us kids when Mom was sick… the favorite story is he didn’t realize that Beans & Weenies didn’t use kidney beans…

Not funny. I think calls to CPS, Anger Anonymous and any FOMO consumer counseling service are in order. Really grumpy this morning, I guess.

What if you don’t like buttermilk to begin with. Just the smell of it makes me resemble the kid in this cartoon.

Dad might be a little nuts, and he should be chugging down some of this stuff too.

You know, I like buttermilk as much as the next guy, but that guy’s an idiot.

The cost of the ER visit will outweigh the savings. Just sayin’.

The good news for the kid is that buttermilk is lactose-free. It is the bacterial fermentation of lactose to lactic acid that makes buttermilk tart.

Then why don’t YOU drink them dummy?
