Call it a technicality, but is he actually working with anyone?

He does the same thing in class

As long as he has his uncle as the owner he’s safe from getting fired.

Any store with help like that wouldn’t stay open long.

and yet his uncle will not fire him

He needs a job at Starbucks- with obligatory coffee drinks every hour.

In Elementary School I got an Unsatisfactory in Working Well with Others. I’ve improved I’m an Undertaker now.

I think he exaggerates a great deal, when he calls what he does “work”.
