Interesting that the “neighbor” knew both that Gary was/is a vampire and that Leopold is a certifiable monster. If property values decline then that makes the neighborhood less desirable, attracting a lower class of buyer/neighbor who might not be so accommodating to Leopold’s culinary desires. In other words, they might shoot back.
Did Frank and Steve, zombie baby, Beatrice all move in after Gary? Where did the Hammered Henchman get customers? Seems to me the neighborhood wasn’t all that highbrow before…
