I guess Monty never saw the movie “The Thing”.

I applied for a job at an Antarctic station many years ago. Found someone who had been. He told me things like no matter how many books you bring you have read them all in 2 weeks, heard every joke that knew in that period etc and I suspected I would be like Monty in two weeks. Withdrew my application.

Monty has no self awareness or any awareness of anything that should or would be considered unusual. This week will be interesting to see. Today is National Hot Buttered Rum Day. Monty sure could use some.

The best part is that this is the introductory lecture, which means Monty has not been there hardly any time at all, and has already lost it.

I remember the Senor Wences bit with the hand. Johnny. Very creepy. I thought as a kid, no one has ever done this before? You get on TV for this?
