Been there more than once. I’ve uttered those words, “I just had it! What did I do with it?” many times. So frustrating. Get that nose of yours in gear, Fred. Sniff out that mug. If I can smell tea, you certainly can.
What does he need with it when he’s working?
Use your keen. Senses and find it Fred!
maybe he buried it
Thats what air tags are for.
Bet that mug of tea never got out of the house ;-)
Some tea-leaf pinched it………
I am enjoying my cuppa Hunan Dark as I read this.
I feel your pain Mr. Dear. In fact, I did something similar to myself just yesterday.
It’s cold by now anyway. Nothing worse than forgetting a cup of tea (or coffee) and coming back to discover it stone cold.
I do that with my ereader. It needs a feature so I can beep it to locate the darned thing.
Takes me far too long to finish a cup of tea. It’s iced tea by the time I’m done…
Happens to me all the time – but with screwdrivers and such at the workbench. Sometimes I suspect poltergeists. It’s maddening!
I did that yesterday. I looked all over the kitchen for it and then went upstairs. There it was waiting for me on the shelf unit, empty.
by the time he finds it it will be ice tea.
I thought Brits drank beer by the mug and tea by the cup…
He shouldn’t fret about the tea mug I understnd she buys them by the case, at the discount house!
This is what my life has become. Things disappear many times everyday. My percentage of find them again is probably between 70-80 percent. :-(
