I heartily recommend âScientists Confront Creationism: Intelligent Design and Beyondâ. 17 Jan. 2008 by Andrew J. Petto (Editor), Laurie R. Godfrey. Also Dawkins, most of them, for the evidence in support of evolution (which is greater even than this astrophysicist thought). Not âjustâ a theory, as the creationists claim.
Thatâs the thing that bothers me the most about creationists. Theyâre always crowing about Americaâs âgreatnessâ and then go out of their way to subvert efforts to empower the next generation to improve things. We see the same thing in the ill-informed hysteria over critical race theory.
I can also see the Creationist Biology 101 paper (100% pass rate) marking scheme: Q1: God did it; Q2 God did it; Q3 God did it⊠and so on until it is not funny.
Yes, God made everythingâŠwe didnât âevolveâ from apesâŠapes are apes, man is man, viruses are virusesâŠthey canât change into something else. They can change a little about themselvesâŠthey can change how they attack a person, they âlearnâ, just like humans can grow and learn. But again, they canât become a bacteriaâŠ.theyâre a virus. So, in my belief, God did design and make everything.

Favoring politics or religion in education never turns out well in the long run.
