I’m gonna say it like that from now on.

In Alice’s world, adorably cute translates to embarrassingly dumb.

I remember as a kid calling ray harryhausen’s animation “stopgap animation”, turned out I was right……..

Realizing she said something cute made her hair lie down.

I like how she’s annoyed by this. My granddaughter “works” anything cute until it becomes annoying and her mother corrects her diction. :D

She knows she’s messing up and they think it’s cute :/

Being cute when you aren’t trying to be is as annoying as NOT being cute when you ARE trying to be.

No matter how many times I read these, they never get old. This one reminds me of my little sister, at about 3, when we asked her to repeat “your-ami” several times. We had been talking about Miami. She became suspcious of our laughter and folded her arms and went silent. Smart kid.

Then there was that brief period of time….when his father somehow got some schmutz on him he became, instead of dirty daddy, gurry gaggy. Those were the days…!

Here we see a very rare occurrence in the life of an Alicious Otterloopus. Normally she craves the spotlight and being the center of attention, but today she has been flummoxed by the adoration of the parental unit, and their manipulative little game. Sensing a shift in dynamic, she hastily retreats to the fortress of solitude of a Peteyous Nonmoveous, only to be deftly rebuffed. It ain’t easy being four. Oh wait, yes, yes it is.

My family was fond of “Pigit” and “Oror”. And when Crime McGruff said, “Take a Bite out of Cr^&.”

A nice “cute” moment for Alice. Too bad Alice can’t handle the cute!
