You’d think that with a honker like she has, Agnes would be more sensitive to smells

Aw shucks. I was trying for the smell of the autumn mist in the land called Honalee.

The current issue of The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction (Jan/Feb 2022) has a wonderfully poignant romantic dragon story in it—“The Gentle Dragon Tells His Tale of Love” written by J. A. Pak. Agnes would really like it.

She wanted the full ambiance of a fire breather…..

It strikes me that Trout lacks a vivid imagination. BTW, does anyone know Trout’s real name?

It looks like Dan Reynolds. (I Imagine someone will understand that reference.)

They don’t exist in our universe either, Trout, but that doesn’t mean we can’t appreciate the fictional ones.
