Once again I wonder why Tiffany is having lunch with Luann and Bernice, who she disdains, instead of with her own friends. Other than Crystal later (who clearly didn’t think very highly of her) did Tiffany have a single female friend in high school?

“Bernice, you know perfectly well I am too ladylike to use such language.”

“Luann, it seems she CAN read my mind.”

I must have been working way too much overtime to keep up with comics when this was new. I don’t remember this story at all!
