From an uninformed person(like the neighbors), this would be the oddest conversation they’ve heard. But then again, they live by the MacPhersons, so this is completely normal. Just imagine passing by and randomly hearing, “I CAN’T SLEEP IN PENGUINS!! I NEED MONKEYS!!!” I would slowly back away and make a run for it.

Let her have them, Wanda. She’ll find they will get increasingly uncomfortable as she grows or you can just toss them out when she’s at school.
