This reminds me of a “Peanuts” strip. Linus, still a toddler at that time, was happily playing with some toys. Lucy came in and took everything away with the “That’s mine!” excuse. Then she tosses him a rubber band, saying he can have fun with that. The next several panels show Linus examining the rubber band, exploring its stretchiness and finally have a grand old time with it. Lucy comes back and snatches it away. “Hey! I didn’t mean for you to have that much fun!”
