In 1 Timothy. St. Paul says, “Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach’s sake and thine often infirmities”.

This is one case where I might take the Gospel literally.

Actually, there is a large amount of medical evidence that wine, in moderation, is good for one’s health. There are other means to get this same benefit, but wine is the most fun.

I have seen too many butts in yoga pants, in public. I won’t ever even wear them at home.

I would think your yoga pants would leak too fast for you to drink it. Is that a new way to give up the drink???

Another mental image I can do without.

In another life I Managed clubs back in 70’s and 80’s – seen far too many drunk young folks – tinkle their clothes while passed out. Guess it was their good times and good old days. I wonder if they ever grew up or grew to drugs.

Well, that should relieve stress. Maybe those who teach and practice ygga should consider adding a new position: “The Wine Drinker.”

Better than getting so drunk she Ps in her yoga pants.
