It’s true. Monkey business knocked out two of my teeth. Never again would I venture forth on the manical Monkey Bars. Of course, they’re called something else today since New Speak and animal shaming. IN FACT, I think there’s a Native American tribe involved.

From Google: Fatal dog attacks in the United States cause the deaths of about 30 to 50 people in the US each year, and the number of deaths from dog attacks appears to be increasing. …. I’ve not heard of anyone who was killed by a domestic cat. Birds, otoh (as well as rodents) ..

If you’re gonna make up statistics, make up ones that aren’t eazily disproven by looking out a window.

There’s just too many of them, with too many typewriters. And it’s impossible to win a plagiurism case when their entire defense boils down to, “Eek ook”. Judges eat that stuff up.

At one time I would have considered that an insult. Also, Bucky’s sign, if you knew nothing else about him proves he is a conservative.

2 out of 2 are victimized daily by adherence to moribund Marxist ideologies and the marketing of same.

Other than humans, which can victimize anything, monkeys aren’t common in this country.

Although it is likely that most incidents go unreported, records show that scores of children are among the morethan 275 people who have been injured by captive primates during dangerous incidents in 43 states since 1990.Children have been attacked and injured by pet primates while riding their bikes, playing outdoors, visiting localparks, walking their dogs, and shopping at malls and grocery stores. Traumatized youngsters have been bitten bymacaques who tested positive for the deadly Herpes B virus, subjected to painful rabies-protection injections, sent to the hospital to be tested for a variety of frightening diseases, suffered bite wounds that penetrated to thebone, and lost fingers. One woman died after contracting Herpes B from a macaque and others have sufferedcatastrophic injuries, such as the Connecticut woman who had to undergo a face transplant after she was mauledby a friend’s pet chimpanzee.

Cat Scratch Fever. Not just a song. San Jose CA, Willow Glen neighborhood, several years ago. A pregnant woman was being attacked by a Cooper’s hawk when she went outside. She was given a big purple umbrella to make herself look big. The hawk was protecting it’s nest. Illegal to harass the bird or nest until the eggs hatched and the chicks got their feathers and flew away.

I actually had a Siamese cat named “Monkey”. He got that name because he would scoop tinned cat food out of his bowl and lick it off his paw. We never did figure out why.

He never victimized anybody but he did have a violent sense of humor in regards to other cats. He thought the funniest thing in the world was to sneak up on a sleeping cat and whack him on the head. It’s a cat thing.
