I get spam calls from spoofed numbers that use my area code and exchange because, of course, they think I’m more likely to answer a call that appears to be from a local number. But for the past seven years I’ve lived 300 miles away from where I originally got my phone number, so there’s nothing local about those numbers anymore.

did a redial on a robo call got some guy who was like what are you talking about…..they had spoofed his number

Somehow I knew the next call was going to be from the school. She’s probably connected to the noodle incident somehow.

Got one from an actual person yesterday for car insurance. Told him I don’t believe in it. 15 minutes later, I told him I don’t own a car.
