I would have thought that the mice would prefer sitting in the back seat smelly section! It would remind them of their favorite meals in the rotting food dumpster.
I used to love riding the back of the bus. Though it could get a bit smelly at times, it was still the best and safest section in the bus. It was like a living room with wheels.
