My cat caught a rabbit. It took her half an hour to figure out how to get it over the six-foot-high fence to get it home. Apparently, she decided it wasn’t worth the effort to do it again. Now she concentrates on gophers – five just this week.
I had a terrier that chased the family pet rabbit for fun. Until one day instead of running the rabbit jumped straight up, while the dog watched, and delivered a karate kick to his mid side rolling him over there times. It was like watching a cartoon. The dog never bothered the rabbit again.

Without a leash, it’s startling how quickly they can catch a rabbit. One bite, a quick shake, and it’s over.
