I’m been doing that wrong all along I need to try his way

Some will need bigger arms.

Eh, but me bearly walks with me bear hands behind me bear back.

Walk every day never used that position . Carry a walking stick which I shift from hand to hand . Stick is very important in the winter when it is slippy :-)

Walking like that will shift your shoulders forward which will bring even more weight forward so, nah.

I am usually too loaded down with gear to carry.

I need a backpack full of rocks…

Not all male pluggers are the fat slobs depicted here.

Walking that way hurts my rebuilt shoulders.

And helps contemplate his next leisure activity.

Either that or do the truckin’ walk.

When my late loving wife and I walked together and we weren’t holding hands, I had to put my arms behind me because it was one way to relieve the shoulder pains.

That could be one explanation for why baseball caps started being worn backwards: so the brim would be a counterweight. :)

(Of course, you need a really heavy logo on it.)

Better than walking like an Egyptian.
