Walk every day never used that position . Carry a walking stick which I shift from hand to hand . Stick is very important in the winter when it is slippy :-)
When my late loving wife and I walked together and we weren’t holding hands, I had to put my arms behind me because it was one way to relieve the shoulder pains.

That could be one explanation for why baseball caps started being worn backwards: so the brim would be a counterweight. :)
(Of course, you need a really heavy logo on it.)
