O, to be young and fearless again!

Different people are scared of different things, everyone has at least one thing they are afraid of.

Skiing is scary , but playing football and possibly getting hit by a 250+ lb. Man isn’t ?

Probably a smart move. One wrong move, you wipe out, injure yourself and your football career is over.

Marcus sort of looks like a snowing version of The Michelin Man in that final panel…

Remember, pizza, frenchy fries.

Marcus’s contract probably prohibits him from skiing, parachuting, motorcycles, etc

Since he is a professional football player, there may be a clause in his contract that prevents him from participating in certain activities, to prevent off-season injuries.

Higher center of gravity so Marcus would be in TONS of trouble if he were to fall! I’m 6’5"/2m and that excuse has always worked for my explaining why I’m so bad at skiing!

I’m with Marcus. I’d be terrified!

Didn’t Natasha Richardson die from an injury on the bunny hill?

That’s no ordinary rabbit, he’s got a mean streak a mile wide… Look at the bones!!!

I remember my first skiing lesson a ways back…guy says after we were assembled relatively stable before him…“The first thing I want to teach you is how to fall…”

Run risk of tearing up the knee?

Actually skiing is forbbidden by contract for many pro athletes.

It is often strange, the things big, strong men are afraid of. Like cute little spiders! Or bunny slopes.
