The only problem is that lavender is from the Latin lavandula.
Tolkien once said that the most beautiful word he knew was “cellar door.” I guess, if you don’t pronounce the Rs, it’s not bad.Sounds like an Elfin name to me.
My doggie would vote for crinkle, as in the crinkle of a doggie snack package wrapper.
