For pain drugs are your friend, but always in moderation.

Way better off to wear a brace than suffer with pain !

No more brace for me since I got my new knee! I do need kneepads to get on the ground, but I can deep knee bend ’til my heels touch my fanny and get back up without assistance or snap, crackle, and pop.

If only it was that easy.

That’s me, but can’t get in until next week to the docs. Meanwhile “ouch!”

I must be doing something right lately, as my knees and other joints have been working without complaint. But the elastic sleeves, wraps and the heating pad are at the ready in the cupboard.

I am wearing my sleeve brace for my knee right now. It is my friend. I can walk just fine when wearing it, but I dare not walk without it. It does an amazing job!

Good old knee braces…
