OMG, that is so familiar. I can spend hours a day patiently telling myself, no, that’s not true, etc. but at a certain point I just end up in panel 4. For a while, at least.
I’m 69, have been like that all my life (that I can remember), & I’m still here! I allow myself to go into fetal position every so often, just to maintain my life.
