At least she doesn’t have to depend on citizens paying their school taxes in kind (mostly logs) to keep the school building furnace going in the winter, as did my dad when he was a district principal back in the ’50’s.

She can call in sick tomorrow

I wouldn’t want to be around her when she DOES find out!

For me, it usually feels like it should be Friday on WEDNESDAY

My wife’s on 4/10, so Thursday IS Friday. Also has Monday off.

Bad timing to say teachers are “out”.

I hate those days….

Who’s brave enough to tell her.

Wait til she gets home and watches the news…
