Smart bomb sent by Stupid Putin. An insane tyrant that is pissed that everything he’s done in Ukraine to destroy their will to fight, has had the exact opposite effect.

There is not and never has been a ‘smart bomb’. It’s a fecking BOMB. It goes BANG and kills and maims people. That is its purpose.
We were told in the 1st Gulf War about precision bombing and how clean it was. Then discovered it was not true. Drones have been killing wedding parties.
They are all weapons of war, meant for killing people. Using words such as ‘smart’, ‘precision’ or ‘tactical’ does not change that.
And in modern wars, it is civilians that die, not soldiers.
