That’s a lot of “treasure”.

Yes, Goblin! Take all the time you need!

We can all learn from you Goblin!

It’s okay to say “no”, at least, not now. We need to make sure we’re okay before we can help others.

And, sometimes, that “Not now.” has to change to “Sorry, I can’t.” Mental Health is different for everybody & what can & cannot be done is also different. Be kind. Be nice. Be gentle. Be aware that not everybody has your ability to handle life!

What a great reminder. It’s okay to treasure yourself; when you are healthy and cared for, you can help and care for others.

We often don’t stop to think about what that other person is going through. I love when I smile at someone who looks grumpy or sad and they smile back ~ their whole face changes. So often it is the little things.
