That may be how his nickname of Wedgie Wally ‘caught on’..

He’ll never pole vault in this town again…

A couple more inches would have REALLY made his eyes water.

His tidy whiteish saved him from a bad fall. However, he got a super wedgie and got racked too.

I know cartoons and comics often require a certain amount of suspension of disbelief, but what the frick is keeping that crossbar up there?
