Let’s see. Percival must have been born around 1879 or earlier, if his time traveling is based in 1909. That would put grandpa’s marriage at no later than 1839, and likely earlier. That tie looks awfully modern for that year.
Of course, if the whole family are time travelers, maybe grandpa was actually born after Percival, then went back into the past to raise Percival’s dad.
