Many people think that Parking Enforcement exists only for generating income; and I suspect that in some areas, that may be the case. The primary purpose of parking tickets is to encourage people to move their cars so that other people can access that area.

Could you imagine trying to park in a city where people could park wherever they wanted, whenever they wanted, for however long they wanted? It may sound good now, but imagine every day being like holiday shopping time at the malls.

I would like to see her try to pull that on Michael and KITT from Knight Rider. KITT can record things.
