It’s OK Roy, needing help with computers is just a ploy to make the grandchildren visit

I had this discussion a few days ago with my colleague, where he said something like this aswell. I personally doubt that we’ll ever need help with computers, especially from kids of future generations. The thing is, those who grew up as digital natives know less about computers than those who barely weren’t digital natives, but came into a work environment where computers were already the standard (like Kathy and Roy) and were atleast a bit interested in the technology. Of course you’ll have the “I just want to press start and everything works”-people, but you’ll have these in any generation.

“It’s okay, Roy. We were just letting them ‘help’ because they wanted to be involved.”
