I have been a fan of “The Twilight Zone” through the many years, in all its reincarnations. Some of my favorite episodes are ones when the script writers serve us “corn on macabre.”

Check out most any TV show from that period. Smoking was very big back then. Didn’t work out well for many actors, though … as I recall Rod Serling died of lung cancer.

The primary effect of nicotine is as an anti-psychotic drug. I wanted to see what the big deal was, but wasn’t into smoking, so I tried nicotine gum. It just nauseated me. I figured I therefore wasn’t psychotic.
