Male ants develop from unfertilized eggs. Also called drones, That’s a drone, the Queen would have nothing to do with him. Male ants have wings and are fertile to mate with the queen. The males only emerge from the colony for one day in order to mate. Male ants are pretty much just flying sperm. They mate then die. Makes me glad I’m human.
