A friend starting going white, so kept coloring with a lighter and lighter shade until she had white hair. No one noticed the change.

I always felt the other way around. Grey hair make a few wrinkles “still look young”, while black/blond hair make the exactly same wrinkles “already look old” by contrast.

So do wrinkles. Dye them too.

I stopped dying my hair because after so many years my hair was really unhealthy. I like my white hair, it suppose to be the in thing now. Who would have thought?!

I am a natural strawberry redhead, ramrod straight, very long (below waist), am over 65 and have shades of electric blue, teal and purple running thru the underlayers. Love it. If I have to join the “Blue Hair Society”, I will do it my way :D

I have never colored my hair. Makes me an oddball, I know.

Actually, kids usually like their elders to dye their hair. When a parent’s hair is gray, it makes them also look older.

I’m with Grace on this; just wish I had the guts to go purple!
