Haven’t seen Rusty for a while.

Sorry Buckles, leash laws you know!

Buckles was probably tied up outside and just wanted a walk on a nice day. Someone was home and could have managed to walk him at least a few blocks and let him sniff stuff and just be a dog. He still looks adorable!

Sorry, Buckles, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles.

The leash looks as though it had a problem before Buckles “broke” free.
