As the commercials used to say – “Frosted Flakes is part of this nutritious breakfast.” Keyword ‘part’. A very small part. The 1/2 cup serving listed on the box. Well… it was always whole milk back then. It was like floating the flakes in cream.

Square? I’m not seein’it….

In case anybody is wondering, “Haribo” on the “square” side is a German candy manufacturer whose products are found (in bags like that shown) almost universally in Scandinavia.

Doesn’t have to be either/or. 3/4 healthy, 1/4 not so healthy.
