I’ve always wondered if AM classes work, but not enough to take one. I got my anger under control through divorce. Long time acquaintances say they don’t even recognise the new, happy me. :)

Anger is ALWAYS a choice. Nothing makes you angry. You CHOOSE to be angry. (See I paid attention).

I haven’t heard ‘grumpy gravy’ since I left home. My mom was always saying that. Nice memory jog Scott and John.

And we see how effective Rita’s anger management class was.

Rita is like nitroglycerin.

Don’t manage your anger. Manage what makes you angry.
