Phil takes his ‘straight-up’, ‘Marm’ needs a little sugar in his then he will share Phil’s ! ! !

Well Marm got a taste and now he will remember (hopefully).

Marm , coffee is a drink you must learn to like ;-)

One of our Rottweilers was really interested in my cup of coffee so I held it down for him to smell. It wasn’t very hot and I was on my way to warm it up a bit. He stuck his nose and tongue into the coffee and apparently didn’t like straight black coffee. From then on, if I showed him my coffee mug, he’d wrinkle up his nose and face and walk off in a huff. He did like the remnants of my wife’s sweetened and flavored stuff though.

Can you imagine Marmaduke on caffeine?

It was a huge disappointment to me when I started drinking coffee to learn that it didn’t taste like (or as good as) the coffee smelled when Mom first opened the can. I got over it.

The corner Starbucks used to let my late springer spaniel, Samantha, in and a couple of times, she was offered some capp to sip. : )

He thought it swelled better than it tasted…

I dog sit for friends, once their dog had consumed a cup of coffee and they warned me about it so I’d know why he was so much more active than usual.

Ick Black coffee.
