I was listening to Public Radio today where the expert was saying that women have mostly decided that Roe v Wade’s overturn isn’t going to make THAT much difference, and RIGHT NOW, they’re more worried about crime and inflation.

So there is this federal law HIPPA. It required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient’s consent or knowledge. Since when are abortions not covered under this act? And federal law supersedes local and state laws. Health care providers are required to NOT share patient information regardless of said state laws.
