I drew up a comic format fake ad (for the ‘Vince Carter School of Romance’) with a few testimonials in tiny scribbled type, where some folks were attempting to read it.
[long] Back in the day, Alfred Bester was writing a radio serial. He wriote in a character that spoke gibberish. One day he was listening to the show and noticed that the actor was using different gibberish than what he’d written.
Intrigued, he talked to the producer. He was told that they knew he was a pervert and was trying to get the network in trouble by sneaking in dirty words disguised as ‘gibberish.’
A few episodes later, he introduced a character named ‘Mr. Merkin.’

When and if the NSA sees this comic, there’ll be hell to pay! How’d Kliban hack their most secret dossiers?
