Well.. with restrictions. Eating your enemy after a.. skirmish.. was at one time cause for a big celebration. Adding a second.. fourth or more wives was cause for much merriment. Burning a witch, stretching a man/woman with horses.. beheadings.. stoning. All celebrations that are no longer.. popular.
Not true – apparently, if someone wanted to celebrate Hitler, you absolutely cannot do that. We have proof.(No – I don’t want to do that – just pointing out that it cannot be done)
