    I recommend the soup diet. One serving of soup three times a day with a serving of nuts to snack on in the evening. A steady loss of 2 lbs a week for as long as you can stand it.

    Sorry, but talking about dieting just doesn’t use up enough calories, especially if you talk about it with your mouth full.

    My husband lost 40 pounds after getting a continuous glucose monitor for his diabetes. It’s a low carb diet for a whole different reason. Trying to keep his blood sugar in range resulted in a big weight loss.

    Cathy is right – she does not have any experience losing pounds. However she is very experiences losing dollars by shopping for clothing she does not need.
