Petey you, the older brother, need to coach your sister on how to anticipate these patronizing situations and how to politely handle them.

Silly Alice. She’s the one trying to hog all the attention most of the time.

Keep that flexible posture up Alice. You’ll miss it one day if you don’t.

My child’s doctors discouraged allowing that sitting position because they said it can be harmful, although none ever said why. I assumed it put undue stress on their knees?

Looks like that’s what she did.

Just ignore them and play on.

Be thankful that you’re that bendy. It doesn’t always last.

That’s probably wise Petey. Once the cute bug has bitten it takes awhile to dissipate and it is best not to fan the flames, unless of course you can turn it to your advantage, like no doubt Alice will learn to do.

A runny nose will always send the adults packing.
