A very long time ago my mother, brother and I took a vacation in Las Vegas. On the way home we stopped in Bakersfield for gas. I had to use the facilities. The food I had for lunch was a cause of some gastric distress and I took longer than the specified 5 minutes. It took another day before the Kern County Sheriff’s office could get me home. And another 10 years before I could go away to pre-med on the other side of the continent. And people wonder why I played “Ding dong the Witch is dead” at my mother’s funeral.
Well that was a big time oops. Do they go back for him (and wreck their timetable)? And if they wait to pick him up later, what might happen to him? Oh the suspense is killing me — lol.
